Velsetta was born to a abusive father and a paladin mother, they seperated when Vel was young and the father took her younger sister Ephrael and her mother took Vel and trained her as a paladin, Her mother was a very courageous paladin and was killed in action after offering to hold off a large force of Horde Soldiers so her comrades could escape. After she died the paladins from the Cathedral took Vel in and continued her training, letting her become the soldier she is today.
